Parade Nights are held most Fridays (usually during school terms) between 5:45pm – 8:45pm. The following provides the dress code for upcoming Parade Nights:

Weekly Practice or Training usually occurs on Thursdays between 6pm – 7:30pm, or when listed here. Civilian or Casual Dress is worn.
No band practices scheduled at this time.
Saturday 31st October, 2026
This experience day provides a practical element to the Marine Ecology Topic our cadets have been studying this term. Cadets will board a power boat at the Entrance, have lunch and complete an orienteering-style activity.
Arrive at 11am. Pickup at 2pm.
Cost: Free for members with 70% attendance, $40pp otherwise.
Location: The Entrance Boat Shed.
More details to be provided later. No transport is organised for this activity yet.

Our cadets have been invited to participate in the opening Flag Ceremony for the Lions Clubs of Sydney and Norfolk Island District Convention at Maitland Showground.
This formal ceremony involves presenting a selection of flags representing Lions and countries connected to the local clubs and district. It is a great opportunity to represent our unit and demonstrate our drill, teamwork and respect for ceremonial traditions.
Date: Friday 20 November 2026
Location: Maitland Showground
Time: Approximately 6:30 pm, to be confirmed
Duration: Approximately 90 minutes
Dress: Full uniform
A minimum of 10 flag bearers is required, with additional members potentially needed to support the ceremony. Instructions on the ceremony process will be provided on the day.
We will be attending this event instead of holding a standard Parade Night.
Please advise Mr Hillier of your availability so we can confirm our participation and organise the team. Final timings and attendance arrangements are still to be confirmed. If transport is required to and from the event please inform Mr Hillier.

Arrive at 6PM. Start bowling 6.30PM. Expected to conclude approx 9.30pm.
Bring Friends, Family, anyone who is good at bowling or likes to bowl!
We are looking to secure the bowling trophy and are competing against other youth groups.
Bring $22 cash per person for 2 games.

All Parents, Family and Friends are invited to the Annual Final Parade & Presentation.
Cadets showcase their marching in a drill routine and receive awards for their efforts throughout the year.
The Parents' Auxiliary will organise a Bring a Plate, where we ask each family to bring a plate of food to place out for all to share. We will also run a Sausage Sizzle.
Local MPs, Leaders of Community Organisations and the Central Coast Mayor have been invited to attend.
Cadets are asked to arrive at 10:30am with an official start time of 11am. Full Parade Uniform is needed.
