Uniforms are finally Here! After months of tireless efforts and a highly successful NLT Bunnings BBQ fundraiser, the Australian Cadet Corps National Leadership Team have acquired the much-anticipated uniforms. The cadets of Tuggerah Lakes couldn’t be more thrilled as they don the new attire, feeling a renewed sense of belonging and pride.
Following the triumphant NLT Bunnings BBQ event last month, which raised substantial funds, the NLT had the means to finalise the purchase of the coveted uniforms. While the attire is not yet entirely complete, the mere presence of the uniform has significantly strengthened the Tuggerah Lakes unit’s cohesion and spirit.
The cadets at Tuggerah Lakes, who have eagerly awaited this milestone, were filled with excitement as they finally had something tangible to wear. Clad in their new uniforms, they radiated confidence and charm, garnering attention from all those who caught a glimpse. The transformation was undeniable, as they looked “smart and dashing” in their freshly minted apparel.
Parade Uniforms now available to all Units
Over the past 12 months, the dedicated NLT team has tirelessly toiled to bring this vision to life, overcoming numerous obstacles along the way. What seemed like an endless journey has now reached its long-awaited destination, marking a monumental achievement for the Tuggerah Lakes Spitfires. With the uniforms now a reality, the focus shifts towards the final piece of the puzzle – the addition of a distinct hat to complete the ensemble.
