Cadets Review (Compulsory)

The Review will be held at Cathy Freeman Park, Sydney Olympic Park, and the Education and Modelling displays will be held on Level 1 at the Locker Room Hotel, which is adjacent to the Park. Please note that Sydney Olympic Park is also playing host to the Sydney Half Marathon on the same day with some road closures in place.
Members need to be in full uniform and available at 9:30am. Please report to Mr Allen by 9:30am. Competitions will occur throughout the day and the review is expected to conclude at 4pm. Parents and family members are invited to attend. It's a great day out and a good opportunity to soak up the friendly competitive atmosphere of the ACC.

TLCU Bush Camp
Friday 25th September, 2026 - Sunday 27th September, 2026
Tuggerah Lakes Spitfires Bush Camp at The Pines Campground, Olney State Forest (Martinsville). A weekend of bushcraft, fieldcraft, orienteering, leadership activities, outdoor games. Meals and Unit tents are provided.
Meet at Unit HQ at 5:30pm Friday (officers 5:00pm); return to HQ around 4:00pm Sunday. Cost: $105pp, or $95 for eligible members. Activity form and payment due Friday 11 September. Parents Auxiliary Meeting

Parents / Caregivers of our Cadets are invited and encouraged to attend our online parents' meeting to keep up to date with what's happening with all things Cadets. This meeting is where the Parents Auxiliary organises fundraising, recruiting and any other assistance for the Cadet Units' volunteer Officers and their Cadets.

Maritime Experience Day - Marine Ecology
Saturday 31st October, 2026
This experience day provides a practical element to the Marine Ecology Topic our cadets have been studying this term. Cadets will board a power boat at the Entrance, have lunch and complete an orienteering-style activity.
Arrive at 11am. Pickup at 2pm.
Cost: Free for members with 70% attendance, $40pp otherwise.
Location: The Entrance Boat Shed.More details to be provided later. No transport is organised for this activity yet.

Arrive at 6PM. Start bowling 6.30PM. Expected to conclude approx 9.30pm.
Bring Friends, Family, anyone who is good at bowling or likes to bowl!
We are looking to secure the bowling trophy and are competing against other youth groups.
Bring $25 cash per person for 2 games.

Final Presentation
Saturday 12th December, 2026
All Parents, Family and Friends are invited to the Annual Final Parade & Presentation.
Cadets showcase their marching in a drill routine and receive awards for their efforts throughout the year.
The Parents' Auxiliary will organise a Bring a Plate, where we ask each family to bring a plate of food to place out for all to share. We will also run a Sausage Sizzle.
Local MPs, Leaders of Community Organisations and the Central Coast Mayor have been invited to attend.
Cadets are asked to arrive at 10:30am with an official start time of 11am. Full Parade Uniform is needed.
